How does the membership commitment work?

We have a minimum 3-month commitment, which means your membership will be charged monthly for at least three months. During that time, there are no cancellations or refunds. After the initial three months, if you decide not to continue, just contact us, and we’ll cancel it for you going forward!
How do client purchases work?

When your client is ready to purchase, they’ll complete their order on our website. To ensure no shipping charge, they must select ‘in-store pickup’ at checkout. After the purchase, you’ll remove that exact piece from your display. Then, let us know which piece was sold and the client’s name. We’ll promptly replenish your display at no extra cost, ensuring you always have stock to show.
Can I upgrade later?

Absolutely! If you’d like to change your membership tier after the initial enrollment, just let us know. We’ll handle canceling your current tier at the end of your billing period. Once that’s done, you can sign up for the new tier that suits your needs. It’s an easy transition, and we’re here to help you step up or step down anytime after the initial term!
